Sustainable Business on Åland

The Natural Step is now launching a training program in Sustainable Business together with Ålands Näringsliv (Invest Åland). The aim is to accelerate change towards sustainability on the island of Åland (in between Sweden and Finland) with the focus on small and medium enterprises. The training will start by setting a shared vision for a sustainable Åland and then focus on the indivdual businesses in a mentorship process with a Senior Advisor from The Natural Step's Stockholm office. The training runs over 4-6 months and by the end of the training each business should have a:

• solid strategy and vision to move their business towards a sustainable future.
• strengthened leadership that feels ownership over the sustainability process.
• business focused sustainabilty knowledge.
